**Job Summary**:
As a Social Media Strategist with 2-3 years of experience at Sarvadhi Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic social media initiatives that enhance our brand's online presence, engage our target audience, and support our marketing and business objectives. You will manage our social media profiles, create engaging content, and use analytics to guide your strategy, ensuring our voice is heard loud and clear in the digital space. Responsibilities: -Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. -Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. -Analyze SEO and user engagement to optimize content and strategies accordingly. -Evaluate the success of social media campaigns and pivot strategy based on data insights. -Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure cohesive branding and promotional strategies. -Keep abreast of the latest social media practices, tools, and trends. -Manage social media interactions with followers, promptly address inquiries, and oversee customer review processes. -Enhance social media account designs and suggest new features to promote brand awareness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. -2-3 years of experience in social media management, strategy, or a related marketing role. -Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+) and best practices. -Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) with a strong grasp of SEO and web traffic metrics. -Skilled in audience segmentation and buyer persona development. -Knowledgeable about social media KPIs and web design principles. -Excellent multitasking, critical thinking, and team collaboration abilities. -Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
