**Job Title: Social Media Strategist & Content Creator (Viral Marketing)**

At SIP Abacus New Zealand & Australia, we’re on the lookout for a Social Media Strategist + Content Creator to bring their A-game. If you live for good memes and guerrilla marketing (and lowkey wanna be besties with Prime Video’s SMM), this one’s for you. Oh, and if you’ve got a hang of academic marketing, it’s a _huge_ plus.

This is a remote position.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Create, schedule, and roll out social content calendars.
- Coordinate with the CCO to pitch and execute guerrilla-style campaigns that get folks talking & build awareness.
- Churn out scroll-stopping UGC & EGC video content, challenges, interviews, trivia, content episode series, and more (that means you’ll be facing the camera in some of the content).
- Binge on pop culture—to feed the creative strategies you’ll develop.
- Develop and execute viral marketing + meme marketing + moment marketing strategies across socials.
- Manage SIP Abacus New Zealand’s brand voice and tone across socials (think Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
- Leverage social media listening tools to spot key themes—to amp up brand efforts.
- Monitor and analyze social insights & metrics to tweak campaigns and boost performance.

**What You’ve Got**:

- Some Kim K energy aka 3-4 years of experience owning social content.
- Experience in graphic designing tools like Adobe Creative Suite & other video editing software.
- You love team ideation sessions (aka solid interpersonal + collab skills).
- Experience in SMM tools + project management tools.
- You’re obsessed with moment marketing and viral marketing, and love spotting trends before anyone else.
- You’re _fully_ comfy in front of the camera (Did we mention this? Because it’s a must).
- A knack for social ads and analytics platforms.
- Know the difference between a good meme and a bad meme... and how to use them _both_.
