Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop, implement, and manage effective social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain monthly social media and newsletter content calendars.
  • Analyse social media trends, algorithms, and audience behaviours to optimise campaigns.
  • Manage all social media platforms including scheduling contents.
  • Campaign Management
  • Plan creatives and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring ROI-driven results.
  • Drive online campaigns to enhance engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.
  • Manage and grow social media platforms with proven experience handling pages with 50K+ followers.
  • Creative & Team Management
  • Provide strategic guidance to designers, copywriters, and video editors for high-quality content output.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
  • Take full ownership of the Creative Department and deliver innovative campaign ideas.
  • Tools & Analytics
  • Proficient in Hootsuite, Klaviyo, and other marketing tools.
  • Monitor, measure, and report performance of campaigns and social media activities against KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights for optimisation.
  • Content & Communication
  • Manage and oversee daily operations across all social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ensure engaging, relevant, and culturally aligned content for Western audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in social media strategy and management.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement, and trend analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven track record in Meta Ads, Google Ads design and campaign execution.
  • Experience handling and growing accounts with 50K+ followers.
  • Proficiency in Hootsuite, Klaviyo, and campaign analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

  • Working knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools.
  • Experience with SEO-driven content.
  • Previous exposure to wellness,yoga and Edutech

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹55,000.00 per month
