We are looking for a talented and dynamic Growth Hacker to join our team and drive the growth of our newly launched SaaS product. As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to attract, engage, and retain users or customers, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and experimentation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and analytics, to optimize our growth efforts and achieve measurable results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement growth hacking strategies to increase user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize data analytics and user insights to drive decision-making and optimize growth initiatives.
- Execute experiments, A/B tests, and other optimization tactics to drive user engagement and conversion rates.
- Identify and implement innovative marketing channels, growth hacks, and viral loops to drive exponential growth.
- Collaborate with the product development team to optimize user experience and product-market fit.
- Monitor key metrics, track performance, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, growth hacking techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, engineering, and analytics, to align growth efforts and drive results.
- Continuously iterate and improve growth strategies based on insights, feedback, and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional education is a plus.
- Must have minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Must have minimum 3 years of working experience in SaaS Products.
- Proven experience as a Growth Hacker or similar role, with a track record of driving user growth and achieving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in utilizing various growth hacking tools, platforms, and techniques to drive growth.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other growth hacking methodologies.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and proficiency in tracking and reporting key performance metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to devise innovative growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment.
- Passion for technology, digital marketing, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
