**Objective**:
We are looking for a CRM and Automation expert to set up a complete, centralised system that streamlines lead management, automates communications, integrates tele-calling (manual or AI), and provides a clear sales dashboard for performance tracking.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. CRM Setup & Lead Management**
- Set up a CRM (GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar) tailored for our sales funnel.
- Create lead stages: Paid → WhatsApp Group Joined → Attended Day 1/2/3 → Purchased Main Product.
- Add lead tagging for:

- Workshop time slot (11AM / 7PM / 9PM)
- Payment status
- Attendance
- Conversion

**2. Tool Integrations**
- Trigger automations upon payment confirmation.

**3. Automated Communication Workflows**

**a. WhatsApp Automation** (via WATI, Zoko, Twilio, AiSensy)
- Pre-workshop reminders (1 day before, 2 hours before, 15 minutes before).
- Post-day follow-ups with relevant links, homework, testimonials, and CTAs.
- Day-wise reminders with calendar invites.

**c. SMS Automation (Optional)**
- Short reminders and offer deadline alerts.

**4. Tele-Calling Integration (Optional)**
- Integrate with human tele-calling systems (CallHippo, Exotel, MyOperator, Ozonetel) **or** AI voice bots (TARS, Skit.ai, Rezo.ai).
- Use Cases:

- Pre-workshop reminder calls.
- Follow-ups for non-attendees.
- Conversion support after Day 3.
- Auto-push CRM data to call center daily.
- Log call outcomes in CRM (Connected, No Response, Interested, Purchased).

**5. Dashboard & Reporting**
- Build a custom dashboard (CRM or Google Data Studio) to display:

- Leads per workshop
- Attendance %
- Conversion %
- Caller performance reports
- Provide weekly downloadable reports.

**Deliverables**:

- Fully functional CRM with automation workflows.
- Payment-to-CRM integration.
- Caller pipeline setup with daily data exports.
- SOPs and Loom video walkthroughs.
- Testing & QA before handover.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in CRM setup (GoHighLevel, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong skills in automation tools (Zapier, Pabbly, Make).
- Experience with WhatsApp automation platforms.
- Familiarity with tele-calling systems and/or AI voice bots.
- Ability to build dashboards in CRM or Google Data Studio.
- Strong understanding of lead funnels and conversion tracking.

**Timeline**:

- Completion within **5-7 working days**.

**Other Notes**:

- The setup should be modular and easy to edit.
- Must be manageable by a non-technical team post-handover.
- Tools must be scalable for future growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week
