Executive Opportunity: Country Head – Sales & Marketing

Cocokerala Tours, a pioneer with over 25 years of proven excellence in the travel and tourism industry, is seeking a visionary and results-driven Country Head – Sales & Marketing to lead and elevate our national marketing operations. This high-impact leadership role reports directly to the Managing Director.

Position Summary :

Role Title : Country Head – Sales & Marketing

Base Location : Cochin, Kerala

Travel : Extensive nationwide travel (approx. 150 days at Head Office, remaining days across India)

Compensation : Best-in-industry, highly negotiable, commensurate with experience

Strategic Responsibilities :

As the Country Head – Sales & Marketing, you will define, drive, and execute Cocokerala Tours' national marketing strategy with a focus on growth, performance, and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire the national marketing team to deliver measurable results aligned with company objectives.
  • Performance Management: Establish clear KPIs, monitor progress, and mentor teams to exceed performance standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain strong partnerships with travel suppliers, tourism boards, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Cocokerala Tours at major travel fairs, trade shows, and industry forums across India and abroad.
  • Reporting & Insights: Present analytical and strategic reports on marketing initiatives, forecasts, and market trends directly to the Managing Director.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep expertise in sales and marketing strategy and proven leadership success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of overall experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial/leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Post-Graduate degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred).
  • Languages: Excellent proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel extensively across India.
  • Having prior experience in the travel and tourism or hospitality industry, along with being a native of Kerala, will be considered an added advantage
