Job Role - Partner / Senior Partner
Reporting to: Managing Director Salary: At par with Industry Standards. Location: Remote
Industry: HR/ Recruitments/ Consulting.
Job Responsibilities-:
- Ownership of practice and operations.
- Develop a scalable sales process and ensure Senior Team Leads adhere to it correctly.
- Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards for the Team.
- Meet with representative’s one-on-one weekly to review performance, progress, and targets.
- Working on various talent acquisition assignments such as CIO/CTO/Head IT/CISO with strong hold on headhunting across India
- Should have an excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.
- Responsible for managing the client (Mining the existing and Developing New leads).
- Plan & execute the client deliverables.
- Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality timely delivery.
- Deliver on business team targets and meet overall quality parameters.
- Responsible for the overall practice and ensure proper process adherence is followed within the team.
- Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue and for the Practice.
- Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends
Qualifications and Experience -:
- Qualification - Any Graduate, MBA would be preferred
- Years of Experience - 15+ Years
