Job Role -Researcher

Reporting to: Engagement Lead/ Manager

**Salary**: At par with Industry Standards.

Location: Remote Industry: HR/ Recruitments/ Consulting.

Qualifications and Experience -:
Qualification - Any Graduate, MBA would be preferred

Years of Experience - 2 - 4 Years

Requirements and Skills-: Demonstrated experience working in a research-laden role Experience using recruitment databases. Good knowledge of social media activities and networking and how it can assist with recruitment efforts Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Good organizational abilities and able to manage various projects simultaneously Excellent interpersonal skills Able to independently research without supervision Proficient with all Microsoft packages including, Excel, Word, and Outlook
