**About Us**

We are seeking a **Research Intern** to assist in **back-end research, data compilation, and content analysis** related to university admissions, competitive exams, and career pathways.

**Responsibilities**

✔ Conduct in-depth **research on universities, scholarships, academic programs, and career pathways**.
✔ Compile and analyze data on **admission trends, summer programs, leadership opportunities, and profile-building activities**.
✔ Assist in preparing **presentations, reports, and structured research documents**.
✔ Identify relevant **competitions, research programs, and extracurricular opportunities** for high school students.
✔ Collaborate with the counseling team to **provide verified insights** for student profiles.

**RequirementsRequired**:
**Laptop and stable internet connection** for remote work.
**Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)** for organizing and presenting research.
**Strong research and analytical skills**, with experience in academic or market research.
Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**.
**Attention to detail**, especially in verifying sources and fact-checking.
Self-motivated, with the ability to **meet deadlines and work independently**.

**Desirable**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a **Bachelor’s/Master’s degree** in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, Economics, International Relations, or related field.
- Experience in **data compilation, comparative analysis, or report writing**.
- Familiarity with **university admissions, scholarships, and global education trends**:

- Ability to **present research findings in a structured, visually engaging format**.
