Job Role -Trainee/Associate

Reporting to: Consultant/Senior Consultant

**Salary**: At par with Industry Standards.

Location: Remote

Industry: HR/ Recruitments/ Consulting.

Job Responsibilities-:

- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Coordination for the interview schedules and ensure process adherence in our internal system.
- Achieving the assigned target as per the role.

Qualifications and Experience -:

- Qualification - Any Graduate
- Years of Experience - 0.6 -1 Year

Requirements and Skills-:

- Willingness to learn.
- Understanding sourcing techniques would be an added advantage.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Proficient in MS excel, and Power Point.
- Fluency in English is mandatory with excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal).
- Ability to prioritize and work in a success driven environment.
- Flexible and have the ability to adapt
