**Job Title**: Sales Associate Intern

**Job Location**: Remote

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will support our sales team and learn about the sales process, customer relations, and how to meet sales goals effectively. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience and insight into the retail industry, sales strategies, and business operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product inquiries and offer product recommendations.
- Help in maintaining product displays and store organization.
- Support in managing inventory and restocking merchandise.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling products to meet sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as maintaining sales records and generating reports.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Internship Duration**: 3 Months
**Probation Period**: Internship period is probation period and CTC will be applicable post probation period.

**Compensation**:

- A stipend will be provided during the internship period.
- **CTC (Cost to Company)** will be applicable post-probation. Details of the CTC package will be shared upon successful completion of the probationary period and depending on performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
