We are looking for a dynamic **IT Sales Associate** based in Goa to join our team and support our growth in India. If you're passionate about technology, have strong sales acumen, and enjoy building relationships with clients, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Outreach**: Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients across key industries such as real estate, retail, insurance, and government in the Goa region and beyond.
- **Client Engagement**: Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their specific business needs and proposing tailored IT solutions.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent outreach.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain an in-depth understanding of NovoUp’s service offerings including custom software development, managed IT services, IoT solutions, and AI-driven platforms.
- **Proposal Development**: Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and customized solutions based on client requirements.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving the growth of NovoUp’s client base in Goa and the surrounding regions.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Goa market.
- **Networking**: Attend local industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent NovoUp, expand visibility, and generate leads.
- **Reporting**: Provide sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and updates on client engagement activities to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in IT services, software solutions, or technology-related fields.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of IT services such as software development, cloud solutions, IoT, and AI-powered tools is advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate solutions to clients effectively.
- **Self-Starter**: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results with mínimal supervision.
- **CRM Tools**: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and client interactions.
