**Role Overview**

As a Telecalling Sales Associate, you will be responsible for outbound outreach to promote Agniforge’s mapping services and product portfolio. You will engage potential clients, explain technical features and benefits, and convert leads into customers. Accurate daily CRM updates are mandatory.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in defense, agriculture, surveying, and related industries.
- **Present and explain Agniforge’s mapping services (survey-grade LiDAR, GIS integration, topographic mapping) and drone products (Krishak Drone, Titan series, LINK RC systems).**:

- **Qualify leads, handle objections, and follow up until closure.**:

- Achieve **daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.**:

- Update **CRM daily with call logs, lead status, next-step actions, and detailed notes.**:

- Coordinate with **technical, support, and logistics teams** to ensure smooth handover of orders.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in **English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.**:

- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or B2B sales, preferably in technology or industrial equipment.
- **Strong discipline in maintaining CRM records and reporting progress.**:

- Ability to understand and convey technical concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently from home.
- **Own a smartphone or laptop with reliable internet access.**
