Job Description:

Designer Mindz, a leading design and digital agency, is hiring an experienced Telecaller & Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and sales growth. This is a target-based position for professionals with strong sales expertise and proven performance in digital or IT services.

The role involves promoting our premium digital solutions, including Website Design, E-commerce Development, Branding, SEO, Packaging Design, and Social Media Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and connect with potential clients to present our digital and design services.
  • Generate, nurture, and convert leads into paying clients.
  • Promote and sell company packages (Website Design, E-commerce Websites, Digital Marketing, Branding, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate client records and provide weekly performance updates.
  • Achieve a monthly sales target of ₹2,00,000.

Compensation Structure:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (payable only upon achieving the monthly sales target of ₹2,00,000).
  • Commission: 10–15% commission on all sales beyond the target.
  • No base pay: Salary is only released if the target is met.
  • Earning Potential: Unlimited — higher sales = higher income.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Telecalling or Sales (preferably in IT, Web, or Digital Marketing industry).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital services and sales funnels.
  • Target-driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote operations effectively.
