As a Telecaller, your role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our products and services to drive sales growth.

**Working Hours**:
Flexible, Monday through Friday.

**Call Targets**:

- **Daily: At least 35 picked calls.**:

- **Monthly: At least 700 picked calls.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads.
- Effectively communicate the value propositions of our products.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.

Collaborate with the sales team for effective lead generation and conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in telesales or telecalling, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software or similar tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a remote, full-time position.
- The base salary is ₹18,000, with additional performance-based bonuses.
- The stipend can range up to ₹30,000, based on monthly performance.
