**Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecalling and Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, answering queries, and closing sales deals over the phone. This role demands excellent communication skills, customer-oriented service, and strong sales tactics to achieve targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Conduct outbound calls** to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
- **Explain products/services** to potential customers and answer queries about them.
- **Build and maintain** a strong relationship with existing clients to retain them and cross-sell/up-sell services.
- **Follow up** on customer inquiries and provide feedback in a timely manner.
- **Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets** and performance-driven KPIs.
- **Update the CRM system** with relevant customer information and track call details.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate **contract terms** where applicable.
- **Provide exceptional customer service** and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team for efficient **lead conversions** and reporting.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales.
- **Excellent communication skills** in English (and local language if applicable).
- Strong **interpersonal skills** with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- **Persuasion and negotiation** skills to drive sales and close deals effectively.
- Basic knowledge of **CRM tools** and ability to log and track customer interactions.
- **Time management skills** with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
- Ability to **handle rejection** and remain motivated.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and **target-driven** approach.
**Educational Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in telecalling or sales roles is a plus.
