**Job Summary**:
Designer Mindz, a top **design and digital agency in India**, is hiring a **Telecaller & Sales Executive** to promote our services and bring in new clients. If you have strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset, this is your chance to earn **fixed salary + attractive commissions** while working remotely.

**Responsibilities**:

- Call and connect with potential clients to explain our services.
- Promote **Website Design, E-commerce Development, App Design, Branding, Packaging, Social Media Management, SEO, and Digital Marketing** solutions.
- Maintain client records, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Achieve the monthly sales target of **₹2,00,000**.

**Compensation Structure**:

- **Fixed Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (on achieving monthly target of ₹2,00,000).
- **Commission**: 10-15% commission on all sales **beyond the target**.
- **Incentives**: Performance-based rewards & growth opportunities.
- **Earning Potential**: Unlimited — high sales mean higher commission.
- If target is not achieved - No fixed salary will be paid.
- **Work Mode**: 100% Work From Home.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in Telecalling/Sales (IT, Web, or Digital Marketing industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Must be target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
