**Job Description: Global Sales Associate**:

- **Experience: 3-5 Years**:

- **Location: Remote**:

- **Working Days:6 Days a Week**:

- **Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST**:

- Saturday: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST**:

- Sunday: Weekly Off**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective students via RingCentral.
- Update and manage student data and call notes using Zoho CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
- Maintain high standards of empathy, clarity, and professionalism in all student interactions.
- Provide timely feedback and insights to team managers.

**Requirements**:

- Mandatory: Prior experience in tele-calling, student admissions, or EdTech sales.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Passionate about accessible, quality education.
- Patient, empathetic, and culturally sensitive.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM tools (training will be provided).
- Quiet and professional home working environment with reliable internet.
