Title: Sales Manager Location: Mumbai
Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in any domain.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience selling SaaS deals in the Enterprise segment.
  • Prior experience in selling Cloud Telephony Contact Center as a Service CCaaS is a must.
  • Ability and proven experience of rapid pipeline generation.
  • Knowledge of segment priorities, buying processes, buying cycles, decision making process, and the ecosystem.
  • Background of selling usage based SaaS solutions, or other AIML technologies.
  • Proven Solutions selling capabilities.
  • Excellent Communication skills and confidence in dealing with C Level, Engineering, Architect level roles at the customers end.
  • Experience in hunting in a greenfield space while also consulting with existing accounts to expand further use.
  • Build customer champions and collaborative teams to support the implementation of the expansion plan.
  • Good knowledge of CRM Sales Management Tools Hubspot, SalesForce, Freshworks.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to think on ones feet.
  • We are looking for someone who can play the role of an Account CEO/Account Director


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships.
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
  • Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
  • You will secure new logos with named strategic accounts in the Enterprise Segment.
  • You will create a focused and targeted logo acquisition strategy.
  • Expand our use cases in existing and newly won accounts to maximize impact for customers.
  • Establish essential C Level relationships, who will, in turn, be your industry advocates.
  • You will build value in all engagements to guide successful negotiations.
  • You will develop a deep and detailed understanding of the customers business.
  • Identify all important data use cases and buying centers in an opportunity to increase the impact of our services for the organization
