Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve leasing and revenue targets.
  • Identify and approach potential brands and retailers to open outlets in the mall.
  • Negotiate lease terms and finalize agreements in coordination with management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities that drive footfall and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and mall operational standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, leasing, or retail management — preferably in malls or commercial real estate.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
