We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Sales Manager to accelerate our next stage of growth. This is a high-impact, player/coach role for someone who loves building pipelines, closing deals, and shaping go-to-market strategy. This role focuses on hands-on execution of new client acquisition, pipeline development, and strategic business development to help Cadient achieve aggressive revenue goals. You'll partner closely with leaders across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success and also collaborate with colleagues in India to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead New Business Sales: Drive net-new customer acquisition through direct sales, partnerships, and channel opportunities.
- Execute Sales Strategy: Implement plans to achieve company sales targets and expand Cadient's market share.
- Build and Manage Pipeline: Identify, qualify, and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation through contract execution. Management of the BDR function in the business.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client challenges in recruiting and workforce management and tailor Cadient's solutions to meet their needs.
- Partnership Development: Build relationships with key industry partners and strategic accounts to accelerate market penetration.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation initiatives, and with Product teams to provide customer feedback and insights.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular forecasts and reports to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, HR technology, ATS, or workforce solutions.
- Proven success in closing complex enterprise-level deals and exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment and talent management ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to execute successful go-to-market and sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and modern sales technologies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and a passion for building new business.
- Experience managing or collaborating with India-based or global teams is a plus
