Seamless Speciality Foods and Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is a leading trading company engaged in the procurement and distribution of Rice, Maize, and Malt to distilleries and industrial clients across India and international markets. We are expanding our trading and export operations and are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales and business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and expand the company's trading operations for rice, maize, and malt across India and global markets.

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with distilleries, traders, and bulk buyers.

  • Identify potential clients, negotiate commercial terms, and secure long-term business contracts.

  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.

  • Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Visit traders, mills, and distilleries regularly to generate new leads and strengthen market presence.

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

  • Represent the company in trade fairs, buyer meetings, and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant field.

  • Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Trading, preferably in the FMCG, Agro Commodities, or Food Ingredients sector.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling B2B sales.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across India and abroad as required.

Compensation:

Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23, ₹93,804.60 per month
