  6. Experience – 5+ Years (Preferred – 1 to 2 Years in Solar Sector)

8. Job Summary

Responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle for solar energy solutions, from lead generation to closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and follow up on leads through various channels like networking, referrals, and online inquiries.
  • Meet with potential customers to understand their energy needs, educate them on the benefits of solar power, and answer questions.
  • Conduct on-site surveys to evaluate feasibility, gather technical information for solar installations.
  • Negotiate contracts, handle objections and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure a seamless project from sales to completion.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing after-sales support and generating referrals.
  • Track sales activities and report progress to Head Sales.
  • Stay updated on the latest solar industry trends, technologies, government policies, subsidies and financing options.

  • Proven sales experience skills
  • Basic understanding of solar products, systems and basic electrical principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
