Sales Representative (Online & On-field)
**Role Level**: Mid-level (2-4 years of experience)
**Reporting To**: Head of Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Qualification**:

- Research and identify prospective corporate clients, training partners, and individual learners through online channels (LinkedIn, industry forums) and on-field networking events.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline within the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM), ensuring all leads are properly tagged, tracked, and nurtured.
- **Lead Conversion & Pre-Sales Support**:

- Conduct pre-sales calls to understand prospect requirements, articulate our training offerings, and address initial queries.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals—include program outlines, pricing structures, and ROI justifications—tailored to each prospect’s needs.
- **Online & On-Field Sales Execution**:

- Manage on-field engagement by scheduling face-to-face meetings, attending corporate offices or networking events, and presenting offerings in person when required.
- Collaborate with marketing to adapt content (case studies, one-pagers, slide decks) for sales presentations and proposals.
- **Relationship Building & Account Management**:

- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR heads, L&D managers, department leads), positioning ITE YONIK as a preferred training partner.
- Gather feedback post-engagement to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities (additional certifications, corporate bundles, refresher workshops).
- **Sales Reporting & Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, proposals sent, deal stages, and expected close dates in the CRM.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports—pipeline status, conversion ratios, and forecasted revenues—to the Sales Manager.
- **Collaboration & Feedback Loop**:

- Work closely with the Marketing team to share frontline insights (customer objections, market trends) that refine messaging and promotional strategies.
- Coordinate with the Training Delivery team to ensure seamless handover of enrolled clients and smooth onboarding processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Hard Skills**:

- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce) and sales-automation tools.
- Competence in MS Office / Google Workspace—especially Excel for basic sales analytics and PowerPoint/Google Slides for pitch decks.
- Familiarity with sales-enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator), online meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams), and basic understanding of LMS or certification workflows (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to negotiate contracts, manage pricing discussions, and understand margin targets.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and verbal-communication abilities—comfortable holding both virtual and face-to-face meetings.
- Strong listening skills: quickly grasp a prospect’s pain points and position training solutions accordingly.
- Persuasive and resilient—able to handle objections, reframe discussions, and stay motivated under targets.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills: adept at juggling online follow-ups, on-field visits, and proposal deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset—willing to partner with marketing, training, and admin teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adaptable and coachable—open to feedback and continuous improvement in sales techniques.

**Preferred Experience**:

- **Years**: 1-3 years in a sales role with demonstrable results (conversion %, revenue booked).
- **Domain Expertise**: Experience selling to corporates, educational institutions, or individual learners in the ed-tech, professional training, or certification space is a strong plus.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree. A sales certification (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) or exposure to B2B/B2C training sales is advantageous.

- Reports directly to the Head of Sales.
- Regularly collaborates with Marketing (for lead-gen campaigns, content needs) and Training Delivery (for enrollment handover, feedback loops).
- Works in tandem with the Pre-Sales/Training Coordination team to ensure smooth enrollment and client onboarding.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
