PowerNest is building the AI Operating System for Startup Growth — combining fundraising, hiring, and ecosystem support into one platform. We are reimagining how startups scale.

We are seeking a Head of Technology & Cofounder to lead our product and engineering vision, build world-class scalable systems, and shape our technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, and execution for PowerNest.
• Build, scale, and manage engineering, AI/ML, and DevOps teams.
• Architect and deploy scalable SaaS platforms on AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Implement microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and secure APIs.
• Oversee AI/ML models for NLP, recommendation systems, psychometric scoring, and generative AI.
• Lead integration with 40+ job boards (via XML/API feeds) and third-party services (ATS, assessments, payment gateways, due diligence APIs).
• Implement AI coding/skill tests with anti-cheat mechanisms (e.g., Mettl, iMocha, WeCP).
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and data privacy (GDPR, SOC2, ISO27001).
• Drive DevOps practices with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Build AI Agents using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) for pitch analysis, investor prep, and automation.
• Own technical debt management, performance optimization, and product innovation.
• Collaborate with CEO/COO on fundraising, investor relations, and global expansion strategy.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Master's degree in Computer Science/AI/Data Engineering (Top-tier university preferred).
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS/enterprise platforms.
• Strong expertise in Python, , , TypeScript.
• AI/ML expertise: TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB, Redis).
• API development & integrations (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks).
• DevOps expertise: AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Proven experience scaling SaaS products for 1M+ users globally.
• Knowledge of psychometrics, HR tech, ATS integrations, and investor-tech ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in fast-paced, early-stage environments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: Up to 5% ownership stake in PowerNest (based on experience & contribution).
• Salary: Up to ₹50 LPA post-fundraise (initially equity-first until close).
