We are looking for an experienced SEO & Content Head to lead our organic growth strategies and content operations for multiple client brands.

Role Overview

As the SEO & Content Head, you will own the end-to-end strategy for search engine optimization and content marketing across all client projects.

You'll lead keyword research, content planning, and on-page/off-page SEO execution to improve rankings, visibility, and organic conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies for multiple clients (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
  • Create content strategies aligned with SEO goals and business objectives.
  • Manage and guide content writers, copywriters, and editors.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, and internal linking for higher SERP ranking.
  • Build high-quality backlinks and outreach campaigns.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz.
  • Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure SEO best practices.
  • Prepare monthly SEO and content performance reports for clients.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, trends, and new SEO technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO and content strategy (preferably agency-side).
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword intent, and content architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Excellent command of English and storytelling ability.
  • Experience in blog strategy, long-form content, and landing page optimization.
  • Proven record of improving organic traffic and ranking results.
  • Team leadership and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹2,400,000.00 per year
