We're looking for a Head of Digital Marketing who can lead strategy, execution, and performance optimization across multiple client brands.

Role Overview

The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing Kajkarma's digital marketing operations for all clients. You'll lead a team of marketers and strategists to drive brand growth, optimize ad performance, and ensure measurable ROI for every project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee 360° digital marketing strategies for multiple clients.
  • Manage and guide teams across SEO, Social Media, PPC, Email, and Content.
  • Plan and execute campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs.
  • Create monthly marketing plans, reports, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and tech teams for flawless execution.
  • Manage ad budgets and ensure high ROAS across campaigns.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication.
  • Drive marketing automation, analytics, and AI-based campaign improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably agency-side.
  • Proven experience handling multiple clients or brand portfolios.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Analytics, and Automation Tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, HubSpot, Semrush, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Ability to create ROI-driven campaigns with measurable outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹3,600,000.00 per year
