Now, we are expanding our Kolkata team and hiring 30 dynamic sales professionals who are ready to take their careers to the next level.

As a Business Development Associate (Sales), you will:

  • Engage with leads through telecalling, follow-ups, and convert interest into enrollments.
  • Consult and guide students by understanding their career goals and suggesting the right learning solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to closing the deal.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our courses to provide expert advice.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and unlock performance-based incentives.

What are we looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required (MBA is a plus).
  • Communication: Fluent in English, confident, and persuasive.
  • Sales Drive: Target-driven mindset with strong objection-handling and closing skills.
  • Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1+ year in sales are welcome (EdTech experience is preferred).
  • Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Requirement: Personal laptop (own or rented) is essential.
