As a BDM, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our tour, holiday, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business, both domestically and internationally. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for travel and strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tour, holiday, and MICE segments through market research, networking, and direct outreach. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and suppliers, ensuring long-term business collaboration. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase company revenue in the travel and tourism sector.

Client Meetings and Presentations: Conduct presentations, consultations, and meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored travel solutions. Negotiations and Closures: Negotiate deals and close sales with both domestic and international clients while ensuring profitability. Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide strategic insights.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of business activities, client interactions, and sales performance. Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to management. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or sales in the travel and tourism industry (especially International and Domestic tours, MICE, and Holidays). Excellent communication skills in both Tamil and English (verbal and written). Strong understanding of the tourism, holiday, and MICE sectors.

Fast learner with adaptability to new challenges and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
