
Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities for electrical panels and EV chargers.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with OEMs, panel builders, consultants, EV infrastructure developers, and end-users.
- Conduct regular field visits to drive inquiries and gather market insights.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demos to educate customers and consultants.
- Identify leads through exhibitions, cold calls, referrals, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with the factory to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Follow up for payment collection from customers and channel partners.
- Record all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM tool.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Strategically plan visits and meetings to ensure effective market coverage.
Candidate Profile Must Have:
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial/electrical product sales, especially in electrical panels or EV chargers.
- Strong technical understanding of low-voltage electrical systems and EV charging infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English.
- Strong client handling and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools for reporting and tracking.
- Willing to travel extensively for client visits and business development.
