Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide after-sales support, resolving technical issues and ensuring long-term customer relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical or industrial sales.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, industrial products, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Target-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and presentation software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, construction, energy, or automation.
  • Familiarity with ERP or sales tracking tools.
  • Certification in sales techniques or industrial marketing.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.
