Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
  • Meet with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to customize solutions as per client needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales technical support.
  • Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong technical knowledge in (mechanical/electrical/industrial products).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical details and explain them to non-technical clients.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred, not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
