
Industrial Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
- Meet with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to customize solutions as per client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales technical support.
- Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge in [mechanical/electrical/industrial products].
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical details and explain them to non-technical clients.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred, not mandatory).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
