Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable technical/engineering solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to deliver customized solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of engineering products/solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients.
  • Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
