We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with sales skills to promote and sell products or services, offering technical solutions that meet customer needs. The role involves working closely with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring that solutions are tailored to their operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Present technical products, solutions, and services to customers, explaining features, benefits, and applications.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including product demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to continuously improve offerings.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related fields).
  • Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or field support.
  • Strong understanding of engineering concepts, technical solutions, and industrial applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
