Job Summary:
Manages relationships with schools, ensuring quality service and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong ties with school administrators.
- Handle queries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain CRM system records.
- Conduct follow-ups and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal service teams.
Mandatory Skillset & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate with 2–3 years in education/CRM.
Growth Opportunities:
- Can move to Senior CRM / Regional Manager.
