**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, including cold calls to prospects, to promote luxury properties and generate qualified leads.
- **Client Inquiries**:
Handle inbound calls from prospects, answer questions about luxury properties, and provide detailed information on amenities, pricing, and unique selling points (USPs).
- **Site Visit Coordination**:
Schedule and arrange site visits for prospective buyers to showcase the premium properties and facilities.
- **Relationship Management**:
Build rapport with clients, maintain regular follow-ups, and provide personalized solutions to a discerning clientele.
- **CRM Management**:
Maintain and update customer records and lead information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- **Sales Support**:
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, support client interactions, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- **Market Intelligence**:
Stay informed about real estate market trends, project details, and competitor activities, especially in the premium segment.

Qualifications & Skills
- **Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
Proven experience in telecalling or telemarketing, ideally within the real estate sector, is essential.
- **Communication Skills**:
Exceptional oral and written communication skills are crucial for articulating property features and engaging with clients.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:
Ability to build rapport, identify sales opportunities, and provide excellent customer service to premium clients.
- **Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecalling tools is necessary.
- **Organizational Skills**:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage calls, follow-ups, and client data effectively.
- **Sales Acumen**:
Understanding of basic sales techniques and the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
