Job Summary The Lead Generation Executive - Education is responsible for identifying qualifying and nurturing potential leads for educational products or services offered by the company The role involves researching target institutions initiating contact with decision-makers and generating qualified leads for the sales team to convert into clients Key Responsibilities 1 Lead Research Identification Conduct research to identify potential schools colleges coaching institutes or educational partners Build and maintain a comprehensive database of leads from online and offline sources Use tools like LinkedIn Justdial IndiaMART or education directories for lead sourcing 2 Outreach Communication Make outbound calls send emails and follow up with prospective clients to introduce company offerings Qualify leads based on interest level requirements and decision-making potential Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team with key decision-makers Maintain professional communication and a positive company image at all times 3 CRM Reporting Enter lead information accurately into CRM or lead tracking software Update the status of each lead regularly and track progress through the sales funnel Prepare daily weekly reports on lead generation follow-ups and conversions 4 Coordination with Sales Team Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and ensure smooth follow-ups Share insights on lead trends responses and market feedback Support marketing campaigns and online promotions aimed at attracting new clients 5 Market Understanding Keep updated on the education industry competitors and potential growth opportunities Identify emerging markets and new customer segments for targeting Employer Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field Experience 1-2 years of experience in lead generation telemarketing or inside sales preferably in the education sector Skills Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong research and analytical abilities Proficiency in CRM tools HubSpot Zoho etc and MS Office Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude Time management and multitasking skills Personality Traits Goal-oriented and self-motivated Polite confident and persuasive communicator Quick learner with a professional demeanor Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
