Meets or exceeds set goals in room revenue, market share and others goals

  • Operates the Sales Department within established sales expense budget
  • Initiates and follows up on leads
  • Monitors production of all top accounts and evaluates trends within the market to ensure that efforts deliver targeted revenue from available markets
  • Conducts weekly sales meetings and other communication opportunities
  • Conducts a professional, thorough site inspection of the hotel with clients, exhibiting key features and benefits of the property, and (as applicable) Identifies opportunities and develops strategies to increase share
  • Uses property's computerized sales management system to manage the hotel's business, including generating reports, entering business, blocking space and building accounts
  • Coordinates and directs preparation of the monthly rooms revenue reforecast for the current and upcoming months and assist in ensuring accuracy.
  • Partners with property General Manager and Regional Director of Sales to maximize revenue obtained from available market segments.
  • Proven success in re-positioning a direct sales team from low-rated business to success in high-rated segments
  • Action Orientation to work efficiently and effectively toward property revenue objectives
  • Time Management skills to meet commitments across multiple accounts and contacts
  • Negotiating skills to consistently obtain optimal revenue position for the hotel
  • Strives and ensures AGR and room revenue growth YOY

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
