Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the recruitment manager to scale and optimize the research team.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Identify target customer groups and segment markets for tailored marketing strategies.
  • Analyze competitors' performance, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
  • Utilize analytics tools for data processing and visualization.
  • Work with marketing, sales, and R&D teams to align business strategies with market insights.
  • Develop and conduct surveys to gather consumer feedback and preferences.
  • Apply statistical and qualitative methods to analyze collected data.
  • Identify risks and opportunities for market entry and product launches.
  • Deliver periodic reports with actionable market research findings and recommendations.
