We are seeking an experienced Tendering Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end tendering process for Government Civil Projects under the Altrview vertical. The role involves preparation of technical and commercial proposals, tender documentation, bid submission, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil projects, excellent proposal drafting skills, and an in-depth understanding of government tendering procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire tendering lifecycle from pre-bid to post-bid documentation for

    government civil projects.
  • Review tender notices, RFPs, RFQs, and identify scope, requirements, and eligibility criteria.

    Draft, structure, and prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with client specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, finance, legal, and project teams) to gather inputs and ensure accuracy of submissions.
  • Ensure timely preparation, submission, and follow-up of bids in compliance with

    government norms and deadlines.
  • Maintain and update tender documentation repository, including templates, formats, credentials, and project references.
  • Track and analyze competitor bids, industry trends, and pricing strategies for competitive

    advantage.
  • Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and clients for clarifications and pre-bid

    meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, contractual, and compliance requirements throughout the

    tendering process.
  • Prepare MIS reports on submitted, won, and lost tenders, with analysis for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must have exposure into Govt Tendering with excellent drafting skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Civil Engineering preferred) with minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, bidding, and proposal management in Government Civil Projects.
  • Strong knowledge of CPWD / State PWD procedures, e-tendering portals, and contract

    documentation.
  • Proficiency in proposal writing, documentation, and presentation preparation.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and contractual clauses.
