Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bid Specialist located in Noida. The Bid Specialist will be responsible for bid processes, tender management, bid preparation, proposal writing, and effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bid Processes, Tender Management, and Bid Preparation skills
  • Proposal Writing and Communication skills
  • Experience in managing tender processes and writing proposals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the security and surveillance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Familiarity of GeM Portal is a must
