Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bid Specialist (International) located in Noida. The Bid Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, which includes coordinating with various stakeholders, preparing and submitting proposals, and handling tender management. The role demands excellent proposal writing and communication skills. Additionally, the Bid Specialist will ensure that all bids are compliant with client requirements and delivered within the deadlines.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in managing bids for US education/training contracts.
  • Excellent written communication and persuasive proposal writing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of US procurement processes (especially federal and state-level).
  • Proficiency in using proposal management tools (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of instructional design, LMS, virtual learning platforms, and education compliance standards (e.g., SCORM, ADA, FERPA) is a plus.

  • Bid Processes, Bid Preparation, and Tender Management skills
  • Strong Proposal Writing and Communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
