■ Job Description – Online Bidding & Client Acquisition

We are looking for someone who is well experienced and specialized in Online Bidding & Client Acquisition, responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through online freelancing and bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn and others.

The key duties involve preparing and submitting customized project proposals, negotiating with clients, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills, along with a strong understanding of online bidding processes and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Identify relevant projects on online freelance platforms and place bids.

  • Prepare customized proposals and quotations to attract clients.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide project updates.

  • Negotiate project terms to close deals successfully.

  • Collaborate with technical teams for project delivery.

  • Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships.

  • Track bidding performance and market trends for continuous improvement.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Take ownership as Team Lead for guiding junior bidders and ensuring quality proposals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in online bidding and business development.

  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru etc.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

  • Knowledge of project management principles and IT services is advantageous.

Additional Information

This role often includes a base salary with performance-based incentives, and can offer career growth in IT or digital services sectors.
