About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Online Marketing Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
Performance Marketing, SEO, Online Branding, and Online Bidding platforms
. You will be responsible for driving digital campaigns, managing ads across multiple platforms, and creating impactful online presence strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    performance marketing campaigns
    across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels.
  • Develop and implement effective
    SEO strategies
    to increase website visibility and traffic.
  • Drive
    online branding initiatives
    to strengthen brand presence and positioning.
  • Handle
    online bidding on freelance platforms
    such as Upwork, Behance, and similar marketplaces to generate new business opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing tools.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience
    in Online Marketing / Performance Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools
    .
  • Experience in
    online branding campaigns
    and lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with
    online bidding platforms
    (Upwork, Behance, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure ROI and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
