Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile
Digital Marketing Manager
who possesses end-to-end knowledge of all major marketing functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing complete digital marketing activities, including performance marketing, SEO, social media, branding, content strategy, email marketing, lead generation, analytics, and online bidding. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in driving brand visibility, online growth, and business acquisition.

Responsibilities

1.
Performance & Paid Marketing

  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid campaigns on
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
    , and other platforms.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, ROI, and cost optimization.

2. SEO & Website Management

  • Develop and execute strong
    SEO strategies
    to improve organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits, and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and performance improvements.

3. Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Create and manage content plans for
    Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
    , and other platforms.
  • Oversee content creation (graphics, videos, posts) in collaboration with the design team.
  • Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and engagement.

4. Branding & Online Presence

  • Lead
    brand-building activities
    across all digital channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency in communication, campaigns, and marketing materials.

5. Email Marketing & Automation

  • Create email campaigns for promotions, nurturing, and retention.
  • Use automation tools to manage customer journeys and lead funnels.

6. Lead Generation & Online Bidding

  • Identify new business opportunities through online bidding platforms such as
    Upwork, Freelancer, Behance
    , etc.
  • Prepare proposals, interact with prospects, and convert leads into clients.

7. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor all digital marketing KPIs—CTR, CPL, CPC, conversion rates, organic growth, etc.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Use tools like
    Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, CRM tools
    , etc.

8. Marketing Strategy & Collaboration

  • Contribute to overall marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, product) to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years
    of experience in digital marketing covering end-to-end marketing functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, social media tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in branding, content planning, lead generation, and marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of online bidding and business development (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva, Adobe tools).
  • Experience with funnel building and remarketing strategies.
