Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) to

join our team. This role primarily focuses on engaging with international clients, identifying new business

leads, and securing projects through various online platforms such as PPH, GURU and UPWORK. The ideal

candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT services, Team

Handling and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interact with international clients to understand their requirements, address their queries,

and present suitable solutions offered by our company.

  1. Proactively identify new business leads and opportunities through market research,

networking, and online platforms.

  1. Prepare and submit competitive bids on online portals to secure projects for the company.

Ensure that all bids are accurately crafted and tailored to meet the client's needs.

  1. Address technical queries from clients and make informed decisions based on effective

communication and understanding of client requirements.

  1. Communicate new project opportunities to existing and potential clients, highlighting the

value proposition and benefits of working with our company.

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to foster trust,

loyalty, and long-term partnerships.

  1. Bidding on various portals like PPH/ GURU/ UPWORK/ Freelancer and bringing up the

projects for the company.

  1. Identify new leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Good communication skill.

  2. Knowledge of drafting business proposals.

  3. Must possess outstanding written and verbal English communication skills to effectively

engage with international clients and present proposals.

  1. Good understanding of IT services and technologies, with the ability to articulate technical

concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  1. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the IT industry, with a track

record of achieving targets and driving business growth.

  1. Prior experience as an online bidder is essential, with a demonstrated ability to successfully

secure projects through platforms like PPH, GURU, UPWORK, LinkedIn or Email
