Job description

As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing bids, and winning projects through various online platforms. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue by effectively bidding on projects that align with our company's expertise and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential clients and projects through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's services and capabilities to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Craft compelling proposals and bids tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to develop strategies for maximizing bid success rates.
- Maintain accurate records of all bids, proposals, and client communications using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on bid activity, success rates, and client feedback.

**Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the IT, software development, or digital marketing industry. Strong understanding of online bidding platforms and processes, including Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.**
