Introduction:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, bid on, and win projects on various online platforms to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Understand client requirements and prepare compelling project proposals, quotes, and estimates.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients and generate new leads through online channels.
- Collaborate with the development and design teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients in a timely manner.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to ensure a win-win situation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Provide feedback to the management team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of online freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand client requirements and prepare detailed project proposals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
