SG Gurukul Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a motivated and proactive Online Bidder to join our team in Indore. You must have experience of 1 or more year as an Online Bidder. You will be responsible for generating business opportunities through online platforms and bidding portals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential clients and projects through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
- Create compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to showcase the agency's services and capabilities to prospective clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, clarifications, and requests for information to maintain a high level of client engagement.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and project scopes with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to identify new opportunities and develop strategies for business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Track and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to management on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and services to clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and reputation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as an online bidder or similar role, with a successful track record of winning projects and generating revenue.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on building mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
